In 2016, Michael and Elizabeth Hartke took a five week trip across California after officially "retiring" Michael from his corporate career as an actuary. It was in Petaluma, California where they stayed in a refurbished barn on a 140 acre farm property where the dream was born...
They envisioned buying a farm property of their own someday where they could invite friends and family and enjoy a simpler way of life for their growing family.
Elizabeth, forever the visionary, pictured someday hosting entrepreneurs at their property where they could deep-dive into their wildest dreams for their companies and create the strategic roadmap to help them make it their reality in a fraction of the time.
And so, Scaling Up At The Farm became a reality!
